Originally founded by Kelsey Ramirez & Jorge Downie, we believe in the power of education to shape the future, and we recognize the pivotal role that dedicated teachers play in nurturing the minds of our children. Introducing "Closings for Classrooms" a multi-state initiative that goes beyond the conventional boundaries of property transactions. For every home Kelsey & Co. Collective sells (buying or selling), we adopt a teacher and their classroom. This is an exciting extension to our annual "Teacher Supply Drive" where we join forces with local businesses to encourage and incentivize the community to donate school supplies to North Kitsap teachers & students. We are committed to making a positive impact on our community by channeling our efforts into supporting local educators. Through this initiative, we aim to provide teachers with the essential tools and resources they need to create dynamic and enriching learning environments. - We are a military family and could not get out to our soon to be location for house hunting. Kelsey had numerous glowing reviews and so we met with her to discuss buying a home. From start to finish, it has been an amazing journey. We bought sight unseen and that is a HUGE gamble. She was phenomenal in every aspect. She provided videos of walk throughs, noted scents, noises, traffic, basically anything you’d be looking for in person. When we came to the house physically it was exactly as described. We respect realtors personal lives and their hours but she would still update even though she was on vacation lol. I do not have enough positive words to express how grateful and happy we were with our experience. Kelsey and her team are phenomenal and really recommend her!!

If you’re military of any branch there isn’t a better realtor to utilize. She accommodated my weird schedules and provided in depth videos so I could view the homes from afar. Pick Kelsey!
